I cannot imagine using the default IKEA NÄVLINGE mount and designed this tiny adapter instead. It's a tight fit, but lamp is still removable if needed.

There are other similar models available, but I wanted to have an option to adjust position a bit – drilling perfect holes in walls is not that easy 😅 

Mounted with two screws and washers.
