It is important to adjust the top of the letters, advanced settings:

XY Size Compensation, apply -0.1 or -0.2

Which value to set?
-0.1 mm → makes the holes a little larger, useful for smooth adjustments.

-0.2 mm → more slack, useful if it still fits too tight.
Start with -0.1 mm and try it. it depends on each machine, tolerance and setting.
