Print settings:

Finest layer height your printer can do. 0.05-0.1mm works well. Slow down external perimeters to below 150mm/s.

Ironing optional but would enhance look

Also to improve your own accuracy, click on the model in the slicer and press the delete key. Now go grab an actual ruler and use that instead :)
