So I designed this button that is 1" in diameter, ¼" tall with fillet edges. It has an inside thread so that you can screw on the printed lid. I made a few templates for the lid. One STL that works with Phillips or Flat head screw driver, another with a Hole and Key, and lastly a blank template you can just attach your design on top off.

Its threaded with Ansi 7/8-20. 

When printing its important to let it cool off not to damage threads
