I have made three small changes to the top plate. Firstly, I added ventilation holes and a cutout for the heat sinks so that the motherboard can be passively cooled. This has been working fine for me so far, but I make no guarantees! Additionally, I enlarged the plate towards the back to better cover the cable bundles. Lastly, I slightly shortened the plate on the right edge, as the wheels of my print bed occasionally rubbed against the sides of the plate.
