This is a base for the bird feeder house by Vloemie. It can be use in conjunction with the pipe mount or alone. Pipe mount has an area for an inset screw, honestly I didnt end up using this. Its a pretty snug fit over the pipe and I just added a dollop of epoxy to secure it.
