Made for simple stunt lightsabers with a hilt diameter of 33mm-35mm. Printed with 3 perimeters ans 20% gyroid infill. PLA will do PETG might be more robust. No supports needed. 

You will need an M5x20 screw and fitting nut. I added a thin layer of rubber to protect the hilt and have more grip.
