Specifically made for the Kreg pocket hole system, this allows you to make your own plugs to match the wood you're using. It should also work fine with any pocket hole drill that uses 9mm drill at 15 degrees.
There's two main parts;
1: Dowel cutter, designed similar to many others that just take two jigsaw blades friction pressed or glued in. Using 9.5mm/0.375in square stock. Load into a drill, taper one end to fit, and run through to make a 9mm dowel.
2: Plug miter box, to cut the angle, then flip around to cut a straight to make another, back and forth to use up material. Uses a thin japanese saw or similar with a kerf of under 0.03in/0.75mm
Both versions have their standalone, and with a clamping plate model. Refer to images to see how things get cut.
