If you happen to have an IKEA wireless charger (LIVBOJ) and a standard iPhone, iPad, iPod, etc. charger with US power socket plug, you can use this model to attach everything to your wall plug.

No support. No additional screws. PLA works perfectly fine. Just use a little bit of force when assembling. But not much.
