These click on without tools and have easily held a 250lb man multiple times. I built them because my kids kept complaining that the ladder bars hurt their feet. 

 I recommend using the halved models for cleaner and stronger printing without supports. V2 was made for an 18mm bar. V3 was enlarged for 20.5mm bars. Either model can be easily resized.
