I took on the challenge of making one of these COVID19 response masks in SCAD so it could be custom fitted to a person's face in Thingiverse Customizer. This is still a work in progress.

This is all theoretical. I haven't had enough prints to have an idea on how useful this mask is.

Use the configuration settings to set the mask dimensions to the measurements of your face. For all settings make sure to allow for a little extra room for padding & sealant.

• Depth: This is kind of how far your nose sticks out.
• Nose Height: This is how high you need the nose cut above your cheek.
• Cheek Height: This is how high your cheek is from the bottom of your chin.
• Cheek Spread: This is about how far your cheeks are apart (just the tips).
• Chin Spread: This is about how wide the bottom of your jaw is.

The other settings will change how rounded / pointy the features of the mask are.

This will require sealant around connected parts to ensure any kind of pneumatic seal. If you are concerned about sealing the print and reducing bacterial growth you should consider an FDA approved epoxy coat or something similar. There are plenty of these still in stock on Amazon at the time of writing this.

You will need to supply your own filter which must be cut to fit the ventilation apparatus. You'll want to also seal the filter to the vent.

For helping this seal to your face: Some people are using heat-shrink tubing around the edges. You can also use adhesive neoprene strips or something similar like household window seal.
