I needed a way of attaching a sign that I had painted to a gate which has 1 inch (26mm) bars.

As I was quite pleased with the sign I didn't want to put holes all the way through it so I jumped on Onshape and whipped this up.

The Cable Tie pushes through the channel. So if you are going to use supports make sure they are on the build plate only and position it on the build plate with the entrance and exit for the cable tie sitting on the build plate.

You can see in the picture of the sign hanging that I have left a little room for clearing the thicker bar that sits proud of the 1 inch bars.
