When dialing in settings for printing Tabletop RPG Minifigures on my Prusa Mini+, the most challenging aspect was large features that spend a lot of print time unconnected to the main model, just floating as their own island within the support material. Tight Z-contact settings make for a good print, but supports that are impossible to remove without destroying the model. Loose Z-contact settings cause those islands to wobble free of the support before they can join up with the main model.
So I designed this part to be quick to print without too much material so I could iterate quickly and find the right settings. I ended up putting many on the build plate together and tweaking the settings per-instance. Then by carefully removing and labeling them one at a time, I could evaluate performance and iterate from there. It worked great, and I have minifigure results that I'm extremely happy with!

I also threw in the settings I ended up landing on after all was said and done to print minifigs, I hope it's useful!
