Similar to the full bed print that arrives on the bed of Tevo Tornado printers, I wanted to create a full bed test print for the Ender-3/5.

Print with zero top & bottom layers, three perimeters, and whatever infill pattern & infill percent you want. The example in the screenshot was done with 20% grid infill.

This will work on the Ender-3/5 (220x220mm) & Ender-2 (150x150mm) or other printers with similar bed sizes.
