This is a lightweight jig for holding PCBs. It's designed to mount in an old 3d printer that we've converted into an inspection robot. It's made to work with some cheap aluminum tube that was available at the local construction store, and hardware that we had laying around. It seems great for inspection tasks. You probably want to modify the back support, since it's designed to fit on an obscure part.

Besides the parts below, you'll need:

• 4px 6mm aluminum tube x 250cm length, tapped at both ends with 4mm threads
• 8pc M4 countersunk screws (10mm length)
• 5pc M3 hot insertion nuts (5mm length)
• 5pc M3 countersunk screws (3 10mm length, 2 6mm length)
• 2pc compression spring with a big enough OD to fit over the aluminum tubes.
