Comes in two parts that should easily slip in each other. Can be printed without supports. PLA will probably work, but PETG could be the better choice as it will get in contact with water.

No supports needed. I suggest ironing of the top layers of the upper part and using fuzzy skin on the lower part, but that will not have an impact in the usability.
