This is designed to fit Kleenex Perfect Fit Facial Tissues boxes.  They are cylindrical as shown in one of the photos.

The pieces of the cover slide over the tissue box and then nest together  to perfectly hide the seam.

No supports are required for either piece if you print the top upside down .

I printed the version in the photos with wood PLA.
