I designed this to print the insert first, and WITHOUT REMOVING IT, align and print the keychain around it with a different filament.

Infill, color, etc is all up to you.

Pic above is just Hatchbox Red PLA and eSun Silk Gold PLA.

I do not know why the STL files didn't stay aligned when exporting, they are perfectly aligned in Fusion 360. I tried to export the aligned STLs from PrusaSlicer but that changed nothing. Alignment accuracy isn't that critical and easy to eyeball.

I included my gcode in case you also have a PrusaMK3 and want to use PLA at .2mm
