This is a small thumb knurled finger bolt that slips over a standard M6 bolt where you need to frequently unscrew a bolt and it only needs to be finger tight, I used them to replace Phillips head screws that hold access panels on the side of my table saw.

This is a small print, you can make about a dozen in 90 minutes or one in about 15 minutes so print them solid.

I use a little UHU to glue the thumb bolt to the bolt just for good measure.
