Summary
A talented friend designed this frame, and it works brilliantly.
It's for a 25.5x25.5 stack and the mounting holes are designed so that a typical M2 stack bolt will cut its own threads when being first screwed in.
There are small rafts on the end of the arms to help printing stability (prevent warping) which need to be trimmed off after printing and the motor mounting holes need a 2mm drill bit running through them to get through the first layer.
I used a HDZero Whoop Lite VTX, T-Motor F10 1104 7500kv motors and 2.5" Gemfan 2540 tri-blade props. The AIO is a Happymodel Crazybee F4 with ELRS SPI receiver.
Camera is the HDZero Nano Lite inside a canopy printed from the same material (require supports for the canopy). The canopy is one I found here on Thingyverse but I've included it here for ease of searching.

Notes:
An all metal hotend is almost 100% required due to nozzle temp needed for this filament.
I used 263c nozzle and a 90c PEI bed to get adhesion and prevent warping during printing.
