Simple model to test how well your printer handles tight clearances. Includes two test, one for straight wall, which mostly targets elephant's foot and bottom layer squish, and a thread test, which tests angled vertical surfaces.
The straight pin tolerance was created by simply offsetting the hole by the distance and the thread by offsetting both the male and the female surfaces by half the distance so as not to deform one side too much.
The clearances are, from left to right, straight pins on top, as per the photo

Print with the same setting you would usually use, that way the results will carry over to other prints. I recommend using random seams for smoother operation of moving parts. Prints in place
When trying to loosen the pins, you can use the 4mm screwdriver slot. This model also helps to evaluate the fit of sliding parts printed separately: once you free the pin, insert it turned upside down and feel for friction.
My results & findings: pins were able to bo freed down to 0,15 mm, threads down to 0,25 mm. I'd probably use somewhere between 0,15mm and 0,20mm for a running fit and 0,05-0,1 mm for a friction fit. 0,3 mm seems ideal for frequently used threads (e.g. screwclamps) and 0,25 mm for more permanent assemblies (nut & bolt)
