Polymer buffer for S&W Victory .22lr
This original part gets hell lot of beating when shooting with suppressor.
I designed direct replacement.
Printed in PET-G, works perfect.
PLA will be too brittle for this part.
I will be trying to print it in nylon
2 files attached:
buffer.stl - just the buffer
buffer_for_print.stl - added supports and cut on the hole so there is no cleanup in the hole required.

Notes:
buffer.stl could print fine on well calibrated printer (unsupported overhang). Hole may need some clean up or drilling. Hole size is 2.4mm (aprox. 3/32")
buffer_for_print.stl - you need to remove thin support. Hole should not need any cleanup. Hole size is 2.4mm (aprox. 3/32")
