The excellent KM Tools Benchtop router table has bit storage included. While changing the bits or the battery however, it's all too easy to cut yourself on the exposed bits, which of course I have.

I couldn't find any caps to print so I designed these. I've included a few STLs for some of the bits I currently have, but you're probably better off opening the .scad file in OpenSCAD and optionally extract the support files ZIP to the same folder. You can tweak the variables or use Window - Customizer. There are options for a caption or icon, and an inside “stabilizer” feature so the cap can seat more securely on odd shaped bits.

I dipped the top of the caps (with the carved text and icons) in paint and sanded it flush to get more contrast.
