Summary
This is a quick remix of the 16mm buffer, but split into 2 parts for easier printing. No supports required.
Once printed, just glue the 2 parts together and clamp tightly. The result is every bit as strong as a one piece design, but prints more quickly and with less cleanup of supports etc.
