Tag dimensions are 100mm x 35mm x 6.5mm. Height protrudes to 38.4mm with hole that allows for a small zip tie to slide through to attach to a variety of organizers. Double stick tape could alternatively be used depending on the organizer.

You can use a magic marker to color the end of the raised text. It will have good contrast then when reading it. I recommend printing the item in a light color which will reflect light easier in a dim room and then dark text will stand out more.
