Summary
This lamp is a remix combination of two designs from Thingiverse with additional customization to make it exactly what I wanted. This was a Christmas present for my mother, and I ended up printing lithophanes of 16 family photos before I ran out of time.
All parts can be printed in their current orientation with no supports required. However, if you're using rainbow filament as I did, you may want to flip over the top piece and add supports so that the color change flows consistently. I used 0.2mm layers for the lamp and 0.12mm layers for the lithophane panels.
I printed the base at 40% infill for the additional weight and stability. If you're using a lighter cord you may not need the additional infill density.
The lithophane panels were generated at http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/ with the following settings:

Maximum Size: 100mm
Thickness: 3mm
Border: 3mm
Thinnest Layer: 0.8mm
Vectors per Pixel: 4
Base/Stand Depth: 12mm
Curve: 90
Images should be cropped to 4:3 aspect ratio before generating the lithophanes in order to fit into the lamp shade properly.

Note: You MUST use an LED bulb in this lamp. Incandescant bulbs generate too much heat.

Notes:
No supports are needed for printing the lamp components except as described above when using rainbow filament. I recommend using a brim when printing the lithophane panels.
Post-Printing
The only post-processing you may need to do is some trimming or light sanding to get the lithophane panels to slide into the shade easily.
How I Designed This
This is a remix of two designs that had elements I liked. I combined them and added addtional customization to get exactly what I wanted.
I made the base taller and I made the hole for the power cord much smaller to hold the cord more securely. I also made the top and bottom of the shade solid so that the only light coming out was through the lithophane panels.
For the next remix, I want to make the shade revolving. It can be removed and rotated 90 degrees at a time, but I think a revolving shade will be much nicer.
