Bookmark to make you feel bad about yourself. 

If using the provided Gcode everything should be centered correctly, Print the file named “Dicknuts” in whatever color you'd like. After it's finished don't remove it from the bed but load another color to print “Frame” and print it. the single layer of the first print should not interfere with the bed leveling process and it will print around the first and bond the two together. 

If using the STL's just make sure you Flip them and center everything to the zero point.
