Took inspiration from the genuine junction box (PFA121) for my Dahua Bullet IP Camera - https://www.dahuasecurity.com/products/All-Products/Accessories/Camera-Accessories/Camera-Mounts/Junction-Boxes/PFA121

Compatible with IPC-HFW Bullet-type cameras. Designed for the large and heavy (1+kg) cameras with the square base, eg. HFW-5421, HFW-5442, although you could use it with other models. 

Box measures approx 134mm wide x 133mm long x 62mm high with lid attached.

A 30mm hole in the centre of the box is where the cables come from the camera. The 21mm hole in the side is to pass an RJ45 cable through a rubber grommet.

There is a 1mm thick gasket that is 2mm high intended to aid with water-resistance, however this box is likely not 100% waterproof. The gasket and recess in the lid does ensure the lid stays snugly attached before you screw it together.

The lid and box have 3mm diameter screw holes that is 30mm deep in the enclosure.

You will need to drill your own holes to mount the camera base to the box - I didn't want to leave 12 holes in the box that the PFA121 has, so that you can adapt it for your own camera's hole pattern.

Requirements

• Drill 4x 5mm holes to mount the camera base (if you're using one of the 5421/5442 cameras)
• 4x screws or bolts to affix the lid to the enclosure
• Rubber grommet for the RJ45 ethernet cable hole on the side

Print settings

Printed successfully using ASA on Creality Ender 3 V3-SE in a cheap Sunlu enclosure. Sliced using OrcaSlicer.

• 100% infill
• 3 walls
• Auto support for 21mm hole only
• 250°C hotend, 100°C bed temp 
• 25% part cooling
• After print completes, reduce bed and nozzle temp by 10° every 5 mins to reduce stress as ASA cools
