I remixed the Samsung Gear S3 watch into a stand that also receives the Samsung wireless charger stand (the one that already charges the phone in an upright position).

Both are snug fits but do fit. The snug is nice because there is not movement within the stand.

I did the remix in Tinkercad.

I Printed on an Ender 3 with no supports, just a brim (although could have done without). I sliced with stock Cura at "Normal" profile (i.e. .15mm).

I used Amazon Premium PLA for the version pictured.
