A Spacer for the Sunlu S2 filament dryer with PC4-M10 PTFE compatibility.
Allows for moisture exhaust and PTFE tube connection. The part is reversible for smooth upward/ downward feed.

Other versions had messy topology, walls too thin for printing or other artifacts, so I created this one from scratch.

Print with tree supports and a brim of 3mm for bed adhesion.
For the M10 thread, I recommend to re-tap it using a M10 tap.
Push the PTFE tube completely through the spacer to prevent the filament from dragging on the printed part.

I recommend printing with:

• max. 0,2mm layer height
• min. 3 walls
• min. 10% infill (Cubic/ Giroid)
• Tree-Supports
• min. 3mm Brim for bed adhesion
• Any material
