The model can be printed as is without resizing. There should be enough wall to prevent any infill at the button insert area.

The hole for the insert is very close to the actual dimension of the metal bar. I put the insert part of the print in boiling water a few seconds to soften the plastic and quickly hook it to the toaster. The plastic should be able to expand enough to allow the metal pin to enter and then have a perfect fit.
