C3PO is 3 mm thick, there are lots of parts to his face. They will all print as one part, I have 1 mil pins connecting him together in multiple locations, be careful removing him after he is printed. He should be safe after you have him off the build table. I would not give this to a child to handle, it could end up as lots of small parts once they start to twist him.
