Instructions:

Active Ice Clearance - Place your finger through the central spoke, take a firm grip, and rub the ice surface in a back-and-forth motion, shaving off thin pieces of ice until you are happy with the result.

Passive Ice and Snow Clearance - Simply print a few of these in black and scatter them on the icy surface. The sun will then warm them up, and they'll melt through the winter woes minutes faster than it would have otherwise cleared.
