I just recently needed additional cable guiding capacity on some Elgato Master Mounts. I did all my cable management with KLIPPT so, it came natural to adapt the base plate to round things. Putting KLIPPT on a tube is not particularly aesthetic, but functional. 

The stated dimensions on the STL files are lower limits, to some extent they may be used for larger diameters. To generate enough clamping power, the actual dimension is calculated as 90% of the target diameter.

Customization

Find the Fusion 360 file in the download section. You'll most probably only need to change the targetDiameter. Fusion sometimes fails to adjust the sketch line that defines the chamfer on the round section. In that case either try changing the diameter in smaller steps or fix the sketch manually.

Print Instructions

The circular clips need of lot of flex on installation, I advise to use PETG for this reason. Use as much perimeters as necessary to saturate the ring section, non concentric tool path would weaken to part. Infill density on the actual KLIPPT base feature is not critical, but I used 100% to avoid retraction moves.
