I printed in PLA at a 0.2mm layer height, but I suspect it would do just fine at other layer heights as well.  15% infill and 4 perimeters as I didn't want the hanger breaking free from the back plate.  Overall, it is a pretty easy thing to print without much fuss.  I'm sure it will fit quite a few different watches out there.  Enjoy!
