Summary

Hi all,

being a big Einhell power-x-change fan and needing a belt sander for my DIY projects, I bought a 24V belt sander from Aliexpress along with a DC motor controler. After some tinkercading I put everything together and works great!

For the contacts of the battery I cut strips from a large sheet of zink with metal strips around 6mm in width.
