Have you ever wondered why the handles on coffee mugs are in the orientation they are? How about why none are flipped 90 degrees? Would that truly be as uncomfortable as the meme suggests?
Well wonder no further for I have the answers. Firstly it is uncomfortable, both physically and mentally when looking at it. Secondly this took 7 minutes to model so it isn't beautiful. It is a basic coffee cup with a confused handle, designed because I too wondered these things and wanted answers.
Print settings:
- Layer height: honestly any well tuned setting will work. I used 0.14 because I wanted smooth walls. 0.2-0.24+ should be just fine.
- Walls: 2-4, it is an aesthetic piece so dealer's choice.
- Infill percentage: 5-20%, above comment referenced.
- Supports: It will require supports because of the handle being a 90 degree shelf but it is minimal as the handle was kept thin.
- Material: Dealer's choice.
Dealer's choice for print settings, I ran mine 0.14LH, 2W, 15%I, PLA, with supports and had no issues.
I am unsure on the stipulations with posting memes on this page so those who know the meme will understand the reference, for those who don't, I'm sorry lol.
This is solely an item for decoration and mild fury inducing chaos, I do not recommend using this as an actual cup as you will not be able to properly sanitize this cup. regardless of layer adhesion micro cracks and gaps exist.
