Just needs an M3 screw to hold the adapter to the mount then another M3 screw to hold that mount to the stepper motor.

To install unscrew the camera from its original tripod mount and attach to this adapter plate

I oriented this on an edge and supported the boss, but you may be better off printing on the large flat face as mine almost warped and came off of the build plate. PLA works fine here 0.15mm layers.
