100mm duct fan silencer

Space is limited near the outlet of the vacuum pump. If you want to connect a 100mm duct fan silencer or similar I suggest using a short 50mm hose and a separate expander from 50mm -> 100mm.

Bambu .mf and setup picture for others. Images printed Fiberology ASA, 3 walls, 0.16mm layer height, 100% infill, support up to thread height, outer brim 5mm on a PEI plate.

Measured Results

86dB @ 2m → 72dB using silencer built on an aluminum box using dampening mat and silencer foam of 25mm. Unsure if there can be heat buildup in the long run so take extra care for FIRE HAZARD if you replicate the work here.
