Adapter for Teenage Engineering OPZ to mount it on a Rockband 3 Xbox controller.

Highly recommend using Teenage Engineering TRS 3.5mm to MIDI DIN Cable (Type A). It's lightweight, the length is great for this application and it comes with two clips that you can glue to the back of the controller to keep it out of the way.
