Summary
After seeing how expensive an RMT Club is I thought I would design my own version that slides on to a short children's bat from t-ball. This is designed to fit on a 2-1/4" softball bat so a baseball bat will work but it will sit up higher on the barrel due to the increased diameter of a baseball bat.
The plug is designed to allow the user to add or remove sand or any other weight shifting material so they can change the weight of the device. The original RMT Club comes in four different weights.

I used 6 or 7 walls to keep the thickness up since this will be used by kids and will likely hit something it shouldn't at some point. I also kept the infill fairly high, again for strength. Because of this each half took a little over 24 hours to print on my machine.
Supports will be up to you and your printers ability to handle overhangs. I printed from outside to inside so as the print gets towards the top of the curvature there is hopefully something there for the overhanging pass to attach to. Mine printed pretty well without any supports. Also, the inside of the piece will never be seen so surface quality really wasn't that important to me on the inside.

Assembly
I glued the two halves together with hot glue but you can use any kind of glue you want. You will want to have a good seal on both the inner and outer unions so any material you put inside for weight doesn't leak out.
