I didn't want to buy a whole set of shackles for the hook, so I just designed one to use with a M4 Screw.
I printed it with PETG and 100% infill for extra strength, but you could definitely get away with using PLA. I used a M4x20 screw I had lying around, but you could also go for a longer one since it has threads that go all the way through. One hole has M4 threads, so you should insert the M4 screw from the opposite hole. It should have less side-to-side play than the one on Amazon since it is only as wide as the printed pieces with tolerance (10.2 mm). I made it hexagonal so it could easily be printed flat on the bed.
Assembly is exactly the same as if you used the shackle from Amazon. Just pay attention to what hole has the thread, as that should be the endpoint for the screw.
I have included the step file in case anyone wants to make changes.
