This is a simple 2 piece ring that has an inner diameter 45 mm and an outer diameter of 91 mm.  They are designed to be snap-fit around a radiator supply and return pipe and hide imperfections in the flooring.  

Installation

Print one of each part.

To install, just fit around a pipe and snap together.

For pipes close to walls, measure and mark on the piece where they meet the wall, then cut with a hand saw and a miter box.

It took about an hour each to print each set.
