I saw a model a few years ago that could be raced along the floor.  Here is my version of it.  Blow up a balloon and attach it to the chimney and watch the model fly across the floor

The car body needs a few supports, the axles are printed at 100% infill.  Print 4 identical wheels.

The model can be scaled to any size but the size I have provided fits most common balloons
