These sorting trays are based on a common design : A deep square tray with a “spout” for dispensing sorted items.

I made one version of this tray with the corners and internal edges rounded so that items do not get “trapped” in the corners. There are two variants of this - one with a hanging hole and one without.

A second version is similar to the first version, but with the addition of very shallow internal ridges - these ridges make it easier to sort small piles of similar parts withing the tray, and then move them to the spout for dispensing. Again, there are two variants of this - one with a hanging hole and one without.

Print in PETG using the 3mf files provided, otherwise :

• 0.2mm layer height
• 4 perimeters
• no infill
