Summary
Will get some actual pictures uploaded soon. So far parts fit perfectly over the patterns so this is looking hopeful.
The project is split up to a few different options. If you have a huge bed, I've included the original uncut images. For the rest of us with I3 format printers, I split spar up into multiple parts with some additional sandwich overlay to improve joint stability. I plan on assembling with CA glue and may not need the overlaps. Will update as I build this out.
Update - I am in the middle of my Corsair build. On the smaller spar, I used the sandwich plate on the non-foam side and it fit in the frame but just butt-joints on the large spar. It worked quite well and seems to be a good substitute for the wood.
