Made this part by modifying "M6 screw and nut" by henkjanv10. Used a section of the threaded shaft from the bolt and modified the nut (just because it was easier) to form a new bolt head.

I just installed a metal extruder frame block on my Monoprice Select Mini. It works great. One problem is where the PN-4 fitting for the Bowden tube screws into the extruder block. This creates a vertical edge between the 6mm hole in the block and the 2mm hole in the PTFE tube. Because the filament is curved from being on a spool, it has a tendancy to get caught on that edge. It's a real pain trying to push the filament through. This guide screws into the other end of the hole that you attach the PN-4 fitting to. The exit hole is about 3mm and the PTFE tube is 2mm. That does not leave much room to catch the filament. The guide is longer than it needs to be so that you can manipulate it better. Due to the tight space, it is easier and faster to remove the block from the printer before installing. Screw the PN-4 fitting into the hole so that the threads are about half way through the hole. Screw the guide into the other side of hole till it touches the end of the PN-4 fitting. Snug up by tightening the PN-4 fitting a little bit.
