I really liked the superb elegance and simplicity of the original design.

After printing a couple and using them, I noticed that there was a fair bit of play in the joints. So I shortened the pivot points and capped off the ends to make it slightly tighter fitting and a finished outside look.

In short, a fabulous design that works great for travelling!

There is a long bridge section when the print gets to about 13mm. The hot end moves across the width of the design. I wasn't sure if it the bridging would sag enough to adhere to the previously printed layers so I simply cut a piece of paper and put it on the top of the print before the bridge printed. Worked very nicely and comes off cleanly when the print is done (don't try to rip it off before hand).
