Summary

Minimalist Raspberry Pi Zero / Pi Zero 2 W mount for 2040 extrusion (also works on 2020).

Print with a 4 perimeters for extra strength.

Instructions:

1. Print
2. Insert M2 Nuts into slots on underside
3. Insert M3 T Nuts and M3x6 Flat Head bolts loosely
4. Align T nuts to V Slots and attach to extrusion.
5. Attach Raspberry Pi Zero/Zero 2 W (works both upright or upside down according to your preference) and attach with M2x6 bolts

It is not necessary to use all 4 M3 Bolts/T-Nuts to attach to to frame, 2 is more than sufficient.

note: The holes for the nuts/screws holding the raspberry pi down are intentionally filled with a single sacrificial layer.  This allows your printer to bridge over the holes for the nuts, rather than needing supports or trying to print over nothing.  This layer is easily removed, and leaves your printer looking significantly cleaner.
