An angle bracket designed to fit in a corner and provide 90 º joint.  It has 5 mm reinforced edges and a several countersunk fixing positions.  The inner corners are rounded to reduce stress risers.

I designed them to help me build a workshop bench and keeping the wood at 90 º so I could drill and attach the main beams with coach bolts.

The pictured brackets were printer with Sunlu PLA Carbon Fibre for rigidity with 3 layers and 20% gyroid infill using a 0.6mm hardened nozzle.  It is designed to be printed without supports in the orientation in the picture which maximises the strength as the layers are horizontal.
